HOW IT WORKS
The customer supplies the part number and I source the part.
I then the inform the customer of the part cost, which is the vendor cost to me, my handling fee for all transactions is 10% of the part cost. The freight is an additional cost or we can use your carrier and account number.
An invoice will be supplied and full payment must be made prior to the order being placed. Any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight cost.
Once the order is placed and dispatched, I track the part and advise on the estimated delivery date and any delivery issues that might arise.
Any warranty or quality issues that arise will be handled by myself to your satisfaction.
